Bounded shared-topic search: up to eight records per provider, not an exhaustive systematic review. Europe PMC was sorted by citation count. PubMed verified identifiers from Europe PMC; it was not a separate discovery search. Findings were drafted and checked against abstracts, without independent scientific review.

The extraction proposed up to three claims per paragraph; compound assertions may still need splitting. Tentative positive or mixed draft matches are withheld as “scope review pending” until the exact comparison is checked. Three bounded matches received closer source checks; none is independently reviewed.

Chapters 2–43: 1,616 paragraphs screened; 466 candidate claims; 65 shared research topics. Repeated topics reuse the same searches.

Consensus use: 18 new request attempts, including 0 rate-limit responses; 18 successful new responses and 0 previously saved searches reused. This run’s cap was 60. The remaining balance of the account’s 500-call allowance is unknown.

Source papers were assessed from returned abstracts. Full papers and PDFs were not downloaded or fully appraised in this book run. Raw responses remain private. Inclusion, relevance and support are separate decisions. Broad topic searches can miss narrowly relevant studies.
