"He shall build me an house, and I will stablish his throne for ever."
"As David had desired to build a house for God, the promise was given. “The Lord telleth thee that He will make thee a house.... I will set up thy seed after thee.... He shall build a house for My name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom forever.” PP 712.1"
The EGW passage directly quotes 1 Chronicles 17:12, attributing it as a promise given to David. While it's a parallel account to 2 Samuel 7, the direct quote warrants 'explicit_allusion'
