Job 22:21
"Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee."
"In this communion is found the highest education. It is God's own method of development. “Acquaint now thyself with Him” ( Job 22:21 ), is His message to mankind. The method outlined in these words was the method followed in the education of the father of our race. When in the glory of sinless manhood Adam stood in holy Eden, it was thus that God instructed him. Ed 14.3"
EGW directly quotes Job 22:21 and uses it as a basis for her argument about education and communion with God.
"“Seek.” Desire not merely His blessing, but Himself. “Acquaint now thyself with Him, and be at peace.” Job 22:21 . Seek, and you shall find. Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver. For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God.
