I have a challenge for as a Bible scholar let me ask you. Is there any written record the the high priest had a rope attached to him so that in case he died in the Most Holy place they will pull him out. I know that it is a popular saying but is there any written record to validate that. I know that you are a scantuary scholar please enlighten me. I had a heated debate with a guy and he is confident that there is a rope but yet he can’t give me the Biblical or SP reference to validate his claim!
