EGW directly quotes Matthew 13:38 and expands on its meaning in the context of missionary work.
"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."
Both passages discuss spreading the gospel throughout the world. While EGW doesn't directly quote Mark 16:15, the theme of going into all the world to preach the gospel is strongly present in both.
