"Pages 15-20 : Portrayal of Future Events .—As Mrs. White described that which God revealed to her concerning future events, she did so, at times, as one participating in these events, whether they were in the past or the present or the future. In response to inquiries as to her state in vision, she wrote: EW 297.3"
"Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;"
Both passages deal with the reporting of future events. Revelation 1:19 instructs John to write what he has seen, what is, and what will be. The EGW passage describes her writing about future events as revealed to her.
"For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty."
Both passages address the validity of eyewitness accounts. 2 Peter 1:16 emphasizes that the apostles were eyewitnesses of Christ's majesty, not following fables. The EGW passage discusses her participation in visions of past, present, and future events, implying a direct experience and thus a valid account.
"“When the Lord sees fit to give a vision, I am taken into the presence of Jesus and angels, and am entirely lost to earthly things.... My attention is often directed to scenes transpiring upon earth. At times I am carried far ahead into the future and shown what is to take place. "I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven."
Both passages describe a person being taken to a spiritual realm or vision, with uncertainty about the physical state. While not a direct quote, the thematic similarity is present.

"How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter."
Both passages describe a visionary experience where the individual witnesses things that are difficult or impossible to fully articulate. The parallel lies in the ineffable nature of the visions.
"After the vision she was able to recall much of what had been shown to her, but that which was secret, and not to be revealed, she could not recall. As a part of the scene of what is to take place when God's people are delivered ( page 285 ), she heard announced “the day and hour of Jesus’ coming” ( page 15 ; see also page 34 ). But of this she later wrote: EW 297.13"
"But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased."
Both passages deal with the idea of information being revealed and concealed. Daniel 12:4 speaks of sealing up the words until the time of the end, while the EGW quote describes her inability to recall certain secret aspects of her vision. The thematic parallel is the withholding of specific knowledge.
